Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to Canada and US only.

Is there a shipping fee?
Standard shipping within Canada is free! Additional charges are based on your selected shipping option and are calculated at checkout. If you are purchasing from the US, please note you may be subject to import tax and duties.

How long will it take to process my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we will process your order within the next business day. Once the order is processed, shipping duration is dependant on the option you've selected during checkout and your location. You will be able to check your shipping time during the checkout process. 

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking link included. You should be able to track the status of your delivery using this link.
